Great experience from start to finish. I called late Monday evening and got an appointment the following day. Jane was very courteous and informative. No wait time, everything was done in the allotted time. They even tried to save my inspection sticker on my windshield (from out of state) highly recommend it!!

Glass Doctor of Morehead City is great! When my windshield needed replacing, I called around to several shops. Everyone I spoke to was nice, but they were above and beyond responsive and helpful. They even answered my specific questions via text when I was too busy to talk on the phone. Of all the shops I called, I could tell they were knowledgeable and wanted my business. I had an appointment, and the installer started the work right when I arrived. He was done in 30 mins. They handled all the paperwork with insurance, and the replacement only cost me my $100 deductible. You don't get customer service like this very often these days. Overall a great experience.

I reached out via their website on Friday and, by the end of the day, had an appointment for first thing Monday morning. They replaced my windshield and completed all the recalibrations in just an hour. Great service. Nice office area inside to sit. 100% recommend this place if you need Glass repair or replacement.
